About Blue Heron Recovery in San Antonio, TX

You will have the flexibility to attend work, school, and family obligations while maintaining a connection with Blue Heron Recovery’s professional rehabilitation and recovery services. In your journey toward lasting abstinence from addiction and addictive behaviors, you’ll develop healthy habits, new interests, and social skills within different levels of treatment services: Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Program, Outpatient Therapy. In addition, as a graduate of Blue Heron Recovery’s program, you will continue to enhance support networks and personal growth.
Family & Community
Addiction is a family disease. Empowering family members, practical skills implementation, and an understanding of the processes and mechanisms related to addiction are paramount for family members. Topics included in these evening events are boundaries/codependency, patient/family needs, and family recovery.
When you reach alumni status at Blue Heron Recovery, your care continues. Referral services to complement treatment, and opportunities to maintain and enhance social and personal growth honor your alumni achievement. As a graduate of the Blue Heron Recovery program, you will also be invited to attend lectures and events, and join in clubhouse activities regularly. Activities include weekly alumni meetings that take place Thursdays at 7 p.m. CST.
